The Senior HR Operations Analyst will serve as a key member of our HR operations team, responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our HCM (human capital management) platform. This individual will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including data management, reporting, process automation, and organizational management. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of our HCM to meet the company's strategic objectives. This role can be based at our corporate offices in either Bloomington or Marshall, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update organizational structures, and hierarchies within the HCM to reflect changes in the company's workforce and business needs.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of HR data within the HCM. Conduct regular audits and data cleanup activities to maintain data quality standards.

  • Develop and produce HR reports and act as an SME to functional HR partners

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and workflow optimization within the HCM platform.

  • Conduct training, give guidance and technical support to HR users and stakeholders on HCM functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in HCM administration, HR operations, or related roles, preferably with hands-on experience working with HCM platforms (e.g., ADP Lifion, Workday, SAP, Oracle).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
